Progetti Specifici was established in 2023 out of the experience of Oggetti Specifici, an exhibition project founded by Caterina Filippini and dedicated to materials from the generative stages of an artwork: sketches, drawings, studies, experiments, unfinished and abandoned works. Objects capable of revealing an artistic practice as it unfolds, through its attempts, pauses, accelerations and transformations.
From this experience, we inherit an attention to caring for the creative process, which over time has expanded into other fields and forms of research. The process becomes a space for observation, experimentation and exchange, capable of reshaping initial questions and generating unexpected directions.
Today, Progetti Specifici is Anita Donna Bianco, Caterina Filippini and Silvia Margaria. Different backgrounds and areas of expertise come together in a multidisciplinary practice spanning research, curating and design.
